The introduction of BC Ferries newest Salish Class vessels was the perfect opportunity to also overhaul the menus for their food service areas, converting to digital screens and redesigning the entire presentation system. We teamed up with their Food and Retail team to develop an entirely new approach, showcasing the menu offerings from breakfast through dinner. We also had fun working with Works Photography again, shooting brand new images of the food in BC Ferries’ own test kitchen.
We’re very excited about improving the presentation and customer experience in Ferries’ food service areas. While the new screens are limited to the Salish Orca and its sister vessels upon launch, we will be gradually rolling the new designs out fleet-wide.
Matt Politano of Oculus Design + Marketing is exceptionally personable to work with. He is creative yet practical at the same time – a rare combination. He has produced several marketing brochures and carried out several ad campaigns for BC Ferries all the while keeping within time and budget. I am pleased with the work Matt has done for BC Ferries and look forward to working on many future projects together.
