Redesigning menus for food service at sea.
Client: BC Ferries // Graphic Design
The introduction of BC Ferries' newest Salish Class vessels was the perfect opportunity to also overhaul the menus for their food service areas, converting to digital screens and redesigning the entire presentation system.
We teamed up with their Food and Retail division to develop an entirely new approach, showcasing the menu offerings from breakfast through dinner. We also had fun working with Works Photography again, shooting brand new images of the food in BC Ferries’ own test kitchen.
