The purpose of the Inter-Cultural Association of Greater Victoria (ICA) is to support the full integration of newcomer immigrants and refugees into the social, economic and civic life of the Capital Region of British Columbia. Their website is often the first point of contact for everyone from newcomers themselves, to local employers, and even the elected officials making decisions for the region.
We partnered up with longtime collaborator Three Trees Technical to craft a robust and feature-rich content-management-driven site that allows staff to communicate and connect effectively,
